About You





You’re passionate about delivering high-quality care and building genuine connections with clients in both Residential Aged Care Facilities and Home and Community Care. You communicate well, bring a positive attitude to your work, and take pride in supporting others to live safely and independently.

Requirements

- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 months paid experience in Aged Care

- Valid National Police Check

- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements)

- Current flu vaccination certificate

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone

- Able to work in both facilities and HACC
