About the Role:

We are seeking Personal Care Workers to join our team on a Casual Basis!

Various shifts are available, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

You will be based at our Oran Park House, located at 1 Thompson Road Oran Park NSW 2570.

Oran Park House is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Personal Care Workers who demonstrate a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting the elderly. The successful candidates will join an established, dynamic, and supportive care team, delivering high-quality personal care. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to develop a career in the growing aged care sector while making a genuine difference in the lives of residents.

Daily duties:

- Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life.

- Assist with personal care including showering, grooming, dressing and toileting

- Support residents with mobility, transfers and daily living activities

- Assist with meals, hydration and nutritional support

- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in condition





- Communicate effectively with Registered Nurses and the broader clinical team

- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for residents and families

Desired skills and experience:

- At least 1 - 2 years experience as a personal care worker (desirable).

- Have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing (desirable).

- Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care; and

- Has an interest in working with the elderly.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable, compassionate and professional approach

- Police Check (Essential)
