Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Law Paralegal to join our team.

About the Role

You will work closely with our lawyers across a range of Queensland personal injury matters, including:

- Motor vehicle accident claims (CTP)

- WorkCover claims

- Public liability claims

- Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims

Your responsibilities will include
- Managing files from commencement through to settlement

- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical providers and barristers

- Preparing correspondence and legal documents

- Obtaining medical records, clinical notes and other evidence

- Drafting court and pre-court documentation

- Diary management and monitoring critical limitation dates

- Assisting lawyers with conferences, mediations and litigation

- General file management and administrative support

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a personal injury law paralegal in Queensland

- Experience in one or more areas of CTP,



WorkCover, public liability or TPD claims

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work

- Experience using legal practice management software (Actionstep experience is advantageous but not essential)
