Role Description The Personal Development & Growth Associate focuses on supporting growth-minded professionals in their personal and skilled growth journeys. This role involves facilitating one-on-one conversations, supporting individuals in identifying growth goals, and guiding them in building clarity, confidence, and momentum are interested in learning more.

Key areas of focus include:

- Communicating with individuals interested in personal development resources
- Supporting engagement through digital channels and follow-up communication
- Developing skills in communication, relationship building, and leadership
- Applying feedback and learning to improve communication outcomes




- Building confidence using digital tools and online platforms

Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will bring:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An interest in personal development, learning, and leadership growth
- The ability to connect with people through meaningful conversations
- Comfort communicating through digital platforms
- A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and apply feedback
- The ability to manage tasks, follow processes, and work towards outcomes

Experience in education, training, coaching, customer engagement, communications, leadership, or people-focused roles is beneficial. An interest in mindset development, personal growth, and helping others access learning resources is highly valued.
