About This Role Your new role: As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll support the delivery of essential pharmacy services by assisting with medicines inventory, dispensing, distribution, stock management and quality activities. Working as part of a collaborative hospital pharmacy team, you'll help ensure medicines are available, accurate and safely managed while contributing to exceptional care for patients across the health service.

About You

You are a reliable and organised pharmacy professional who is passionate about supporting safe medicines management and delivering high-quality patient care within a hospital environment.nts Certificate III in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support or equivalent experience in pharmacy services

Strong understanding of medicines inventory management, stock control and safe handling practices

Ability to support dispensing, distribution and pharmacy operations under Pharmacist supervision

Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills with attention to detail

The service provides clinical pharmacy care, dispensary services, medicines inventory and distribution management, education and training, and contributes to hospital-wide safety, governance and quality improvement initiatives.
