Job Responsibilities

- Providing friendly and helpful customer service to patients, answering questions,



and addressing their needs
- Advise on over-the-counter medicines where appropriate
- Complete general administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and filing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pharmacy environment
- Assist with in-store promotions, including catalogues and health or product campaigns
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every patient/customer

About You

- Previous pharmacy experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Certificate II/III in Community Pharmacy (highly regarded)
- Detail-focused with solid literacy and numeracy skills
- Dispensary technician experience is advantageous
- Driver's license (preferred)
