Task & responsibilities

- Creating a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts
- Decorating baked goods using various techniques
- Ensuring quality and consistency in all products
- Collaborating with team members to develop new recipes
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Qualification & experience

- Experience in the Croissant/ Viennoiserie sector is essential
- At least 2years proven experience as a or in a similar role
- Formal culinary training or certification recommended
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
