We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail / Business Trainer & Assessor to join our professional team based at our Victoria Park campus.

About the Role
We are based in Victoria Park. This position primarily involves workplace-based training and assessment within Perth metropolitan, regional and remote Western Australia.
You will:
- Deliver engaging workplace training and assessment programs
- Coach and mentor learners to achieve nationally recognised qualifications
- Conduct workplace visits and assessments
- Develop positive relationships with employers and industry partners
- Maintain accurate training and assessment documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Requirements
To be successful you will possess:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or recognised equivalent)
- Current vocational qualifications in Retail and/or Business (minimum Certificate IV, Diploma highly desirable)
- Minimum five years' recent industry experience
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital technologies
- Willingness to travel throughout Western Australia when required
The following would also be advantageous:
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- Experience delivering workplace-based training
- Experience using Learning Management Systems
