This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality, restaurants, and functions who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service, event coordination, and marketing.

About the Role

Initially Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time 38-hour week based on performance and business requirements.

Work closely with the Director and Head Chef, providing daily administrative and operational support.

Salary is negotiable for the right candidate, with commission opportunities based on event bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage function and corporate event enquiries and bookings.
- Coordinate all restaurant reservations
- Create and manage daily social media content across Facebook and Instagram.
- Assist with digital marketing and website promotions.
- Set up and pack down function rooms for corporate events and private functions.
- Build and maintain customer databases.
- Create and distribute email invitations,



reminders, and promotional offers.
- Support venue marketing initiatives to increase bookings and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth coordination of events and restaurant operations.
- Returning all emails enquires promptly

About You

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in hospitality, including restaurants and functions.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Robust administrative and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with social media, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with management.
- Professional, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude.
