RGM Maintenance is seeking an experienced Assembly Worker to join our defence manufacturing team in Victoria, Australia. You will assemble, fit, and verify mechanical and electrical systems on heavy defence vehicles, following detailed work instructions and defence standards.
You'll be hands-on on the workshop floor, mentor junior staff, lead high-risk assembly activities, and maintain a protected, orderly workspace with proper PPE. Ex-ADF applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
