Senior Venue Operations Staff - Play Area / Party / Customer Service| Braeside

Rainbow Town is looking for experienced and reliable Senior Venue Operations Staff to join our indoor play centre in Braeside.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, party hosting, recreation, family entertainment, or play centre operations who are ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced venue environment.

You will support daily operations across key areas of the business, including play area floor operations, party hosting support, and customer service.

About the Role

As a Senior Venue Operations Staff member, you will play an important part in helping the venue run safely, smoothly and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident working with children, families and team members, and who can help support daily service standards during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operations across the indoor play centre
- Assist with play area floor supervision and help maintain a safe environment for children and families
- Support birthday party operations, including setup, hosting support, coordination and pack-down
- Assist with front desk and customer service duties, including check-in, bookings, enquiries and issue handling
- Help guide junior team members and support smooth service during busy periods
- Escalate customer issues, safety concerns and operational problems to management when required
- Maintain cleanliness,



presentation and operational standards across the venue
- Work across different areas of the business depending on operational needs

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, hands-on and confident in a busy family-focused environment.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, party hosting, recreation, indoor play centres, family entertainment or similar venues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence working with children and families
- A calm and practical attitude during busy service periods
- The ability to support team members and help maintain floor organisation
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends and school holidays
- Right to work in Australia

Highly Regarded

- First Aid Certificate
- Working With Children Check
- Experience in birthday party hosting or event coordination
- Experience in play area, recreation or family entertainment environments
- Mandarin language skills
