Zap Fitness is looking for motivated and driven Personal Trainers to join our team across multiple locations. This is an opportunity for trainers who are passionate about helping people, enjoy connecting with others, and are ready to grow their own successful fitness business.
About the Role
As a Personal Trainer at Zap Fitness, you will operate your own PT business within our clubs, helping members achieve their health and fitness goals while building a strong client base.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is self-motivated and proactive
- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
- Is passionate about helping others improve their health and confidence
- Is eager to grow and develop their own business
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions
- Build and retain your own client base
- Engage with members on the gym floor
- Create a positive and supportive training environment
Requirements
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (essential)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
