THE ROLE

We’re looking for a reliable Fork Lift Driver to join our team on a full-time,
ongoing basis. Working across our horticulture operation, you’ll play a
key part in keeping produce moving safely and efficiently through the
season — from the field through to loading and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operating a forklift to load, unload and move produce, bins and pallets around the property and pack shed
- Stacking, storing and rotating stock, and keeping storage and cool room areas orderly
- Loading and unloading trucks and assisting with dispatch during
harvest and pack-out
- Carrying out routine pre-start checks and reporting any equipment faults
- Following all workplace health & safety procedures and safe[1]operating practices
- Keeping work and yard areas clean, tidy and hazard-free




- Assisting the wider team with general operational tasks as needed
through the season

Skill & Experience

ABOUT YOU

- A current forklift high-risk work licence (LF class)
- A relevant AQF Certificate II (or equivalent) plus 1.5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or a Certificate III (or equivalent) plus 1 year’s relevant post-qualification experience; or 2 years’ full-time relevant experience
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit for hands-on work in a busy
seasonal environment
- A safety-first attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- The right to work in Australia

WHAT WE OFFER

From $71,550 per year (guaranteed annual earnings), plus superannuation

- Paid in accordance with the Horticulture Award 2020 (MA000028) — ordinary hours at the applicable classification rate plus overtime at Award rates. Hours: 38 ordinary hours per week, averaged over a 4-week cycle (152 hours per 4 weeks), plus guaranteed overtime of approximately 8 hours per week (paid at overtime rates) — around 46 hours per week in total.
