Industry Sales Engineer, Mobile & Heavy Machinery

As a Industry Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the Mobile Machinery OEM sector across NSW & SA. This position requires a technical understanding of automation & sensors/PLC's combined with a passion for delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Description

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients in the Mobile Machinery OEM sectors.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical support to clients and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotations.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated territory.

Profile

A successful Industry Sales Engineer should have:

- A solid technical background in the automation/sensors/PLC space, ideally selling in to OEM's.
- Proven ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required for client visits across NSW & SA.
