About the Role

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with home improvement companies, installers, builders, and increasing sales across our range of home improvement products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the home improvement sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents.

Follow through opportunities via networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting.

Prepare quotations via customised state of the art 3D design software.

Work closely with the edge team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.





Represent the business at trade shows and networking events when required.

About You

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the home improvement, construction, or building industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.

Ability to build lasting client relationships.

Robust organisational and time management skills.

Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
