We are seeking a Process Specialist to support continuous improvement across our manufacturing site. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, maintaining manufacturing documentation, and supporting safe, efficient and consistent production practices.

Working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams, you will help improve processes, standardise ways of working and support the development of our people and operations.

About the role

We are seeking a Process Specialist to support continuous improvement across our manufacturing site. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, maintaining manufacturing documentation, and supporting safe, efficient and consistent production practices.

Working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams, you will help improve processes, standardise ways of working and support the development of our people and operations.

Key responsibilities

- Develop, review and maintain Process and Procedure Manuals PPMs, SOPs, Work Instructions and other controlled manufacturing documents.
- Work with production teams to improve and standardise manufacturing processes, equipment settings and ways of working.
- Identify and deliver improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure documentation remains accurate, current and aligned with company standards, quality and food safety requirements.
- Support implementation of process changes, equipment improvements and corrective actions.
- Assist with operator training and ensure teams understand updated processes and procedures.




- Track productivity improvement projects, including benefits reporting and CAPEX activities.
- Provide process performance data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the Shift Manager during peak periods and leave coverage when required.

About you

- Experience in manufacturing, process improvement or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience developing procedures, work instructions or controlled documents.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality and food safety standards.
