- Apply your industry and product knowledge of MarTech, AdTech and AI tools to enhance our digital marketing capabilities, embed best practices and drive efficiencies.
- Manage complex AdTech projects end to end, balancing planning, resourcing, risk and stakeholder management to land on time and on budget.
- Maintain clear, up to date documentation for AdTech processes, workflows and best practices.
- Design frameworks to measure the value AdTech projects deliver and quantify their impact on marketing objectives.
- Ensure compliance with advertising and data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams across Marketing and Digital to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Skills

Must have:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 3+ years in MarTech or other technical roles, with a focus on advertising technology implementation and optimisation.
- Robust knowledge of Google Tag Manager and GA4, with reasonable knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and Meta.

Should have:





- A process driven mindset with the ability to navigate and articulate complex issues clearly.
- A hands on, technical and collaborative style with strong communication skills and experience working across diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, including DSPs, ad servers, digital analytics tools, tag management and customer data platforms.
- Excellent collaboration with sponsors, business stakeholders, analysts, data governance and technical leads to land the right solution for the business need.

Nice to have:

- An understanding of agentic AI and experience building AI driven workflows to improve process efficiency.
- A solid grasp of measurement frameworks, including attribution modelling, incrementality studies and A/B testing.
- Foundational data capability, including ETL processes and data pipeline development.
