commitment to quality. As they continue to expand and grow, they’re seeking an experienced and energetic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the company.

About the Role
The CFO will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of financial expertise, strategic thinking, people management and overall leadership skills to contribute to the continued growth and success of the company.

About You




Proven experience as a CFO in a medium to large sized business (Privately owned, Private Equity or Public Company). Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. You possess strong financial acumen with a track record of financial management, business planning and strategy, managing profitability, project management, budgeting, capital and banking requirements, and all facets of financial reporting. A proficient background using Pronto software is advantageous but not an essential requirement.
Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to all stakeholders. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards. Experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
