Emergency Trauma Management (ETM) is an Australian company providing specialised medical education courses to doctors. Our flagship 3-day, face-to-face ETM Course has received widespread national and international attention. About the Role
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all Emergency Trauma Management courses, which includes up to 36 courses per year. The role is responsible for coordinating each course from pre-course planning through delivery and post-course evaluation, managing all administrative and faculty requirements, while serving as the primary point of contact for participants and instructors.
Venue and vendor contracts, event budgets, and the annual course schedule are managed by the Operations Manager, giving you the structure and support to focus on coordinating and delivering each course to the high standard ETM is known for.
Following an initial onboarding and training period,
this role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement with set office days. On-site attendance at courses isn't required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate every course from planning through to post-course evaluation and reporting
- Select and confirm faculty, and manage instructor timetables
- Arrange venues, catering and faculty accommodation
- Act as the primary point of contact for participants and faculty
- Maintain instructor and faculty records
About You
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events, courses or education programs end-to-end
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise under pressure
- High standard of written communication and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong administrative and systems skills
- A proven ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
- A relevant tertiary qualification in education, healthcare, business or similar
- Experience in medical education or health-sector training
- Familiarity with CRM or event-management platforms
