We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a major digital transformation program, helping deliver intuitive, accessible and user-centred experiences across a range of enterprise digital platforms.
Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you'll partner with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders and delivery teams to design seamless digital experiences that make a real impact for end users.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end UX activities across discovery, design and delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and customer interviews to inform design decisions.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define problems, validate concepts and drive alignment.
- Champion UX best practices, accessibility and usability standards throughout the design process.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer delivering end-to-end digital products.
- Experience working within complex enterprise or government environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design across the full product lifecycle.
- Expertise in user research, journey mapping, interaction design and usability testing.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within government or public sector environments.
- Exposure to service design and customer experience (CX) initiatives.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining enterprise design systems.
