On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Advertising Specialist.

Your role will be as the leading force between the company, internal and external stakeholders and clients across a wide range of live events and brand experiences. It will cover classic project management, client management and project leadership alongside production planning and delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring the agency's creative output is planned and executed to the highest possible standard.

The daily duties and responsibilities include:

- Cover the day-to-day development, preparation and management of campaigns and one-off projects
- Manage the output, personnel, and offering of the creative department
- Ensuring the agreed scope of work is delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
- The conceptual development of creative projects with the ability to manage projects from inception through to finalization




- Working collaboratively among a small team of specialists across creative, strategy, and production
- Work across multiple briefs in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace

Education –Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.

Experience & Skills

- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- A strong understanding of how art direction and design deliver conceptual ideas that can be used to tell a story on behalf of a brand.
- Solid understanding of brand, print, and digital design
- Art direct, design and concept big, conceptual brand expressions across all mediums

Salary: Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $79,499 - $100,000 per annum as aligned with job market rate.
