The Opportunity

This role is primarily involved in our highly regarded Autowash Division providing quality soap and equipment solutions to our valued customers. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, upbeat individual with a mechanical/technical aptitude to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this is a multi-faceted role in an environment that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, with the ability to support customer enquiries from beginning to end.THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTRE ROLE

A variety of duties include:

- Efficient and timely processing of customer orders and invoicing
- Ability to go above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience




- Capacity to thrive in a high-volume order processing environment and can maintain resilience
- Enthusiastically communicate to customers monthly specials and promotions
- Actively handle high volume emails and phone calls with commitment and timely follow-up to resolution
- Assist with counter sales in a personable and professional manner
- Processing of Returned Goods ensuring accuracy and follow up
- Handling and researching customer enquiries
- Apply your growing technical knowledge to research and identify suitable product solutions for customer enquiries.
