Summary

Position Highlights:

The Abate-Daga Lab at Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join an cutting-edge research program focused on the development of adoptive T cell immunotherapies for cancer. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge translational and laboratory-based research aimed at advancing next-generation cellular therapies to improve outcomes for patients with cancer.

This position offers an outstanding opportunity to work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary research environment, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to investigate T cell biology, immune responses, and novel therapeutic strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a driven and collaborative scientist with a strong foundation in immunology and a passion for translational cancer research. Candidates should demonstrate scientific curiosity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a research team.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research focused on adoptive T cell immunotherapy for cancer.




- Design and perform laboratory experiments to investigate immune mechanisms and therapeutic strategies.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data and communicate findings to the research team.
- Participate in manuscript preparation, grant applications, and presentation of research findings at scientific meetings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary investigators and contribute to ongoing laboratory projects.
- Maintain accurate experimental records and follow established laboratory protocols and safety procedures.

Credentials and Qualifications:

- MD and/or PhD with a strong background in immunology.
- Proficiency in multiparameter flow cytometry.

Salary Range

$66,654.00 - $93,315.60

Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job‑related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
