The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join its executive team. The CMO will be the most senior medical leader in the organization, providing strategic and clinical leadership across medical services. This includes a strong focus on clinical quality, innovation, and workforce development, as well as accountability for medical safety, quality, and professional standards.

The successful candidate will lead clinical governance, and medico-legal and credentialing frameworks, and oversee the medical workforce strategy, including planning, engagement, and development. The CMO will also be responsible for providing high-level advice to the CEO and Board, supporting divisional medical leaders, and playing a central role in clinical service and infrastructure planning. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have a medical degree and be a registered medical practitioner.





A postgraduate qualification in a relevant medical specialty is highly desirable. The role requires a proven track record in medical leadership, with experience in a senior clinical management position. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical governance, and medico-legal and credentialing frameworks, and be adept at leading and managing change in a complex healthcare environment.

Robust communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. A commitment to the values of the organization, including compassion, respect, equity, accountability, and teamwork, is also a key requirement.
