About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on role whereyou'llsupport the delivery ofcommunications,contentdevelopment,socialmediaand marketinginitiativesacrossthebusiness.

Working closely with marketing,creativeand internal stakeholders,you'llcreatestrategic andengagingcontent, supportend-to-endcampaignsand deliver impactful communications that strengthen ourConnectivebrand, engagewith ourmembersand support key business initiatives.

You will contribute across a broad range of activities, includingsocialmedia, digital content, thought leadership, member communications, product launches,eventsand executive communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and deliver engaging content acrossdigital,



social media and communications channels.
- Write and edit content including social posts/ stories, EDMs, articles, websitecontentand internal communications.
- Support integrated marketing campaigns, productlaunchesand business initiatives.
- Develop compelling communications that drive engagement and support businessobjectives.
- Translate complex information into clear, audience-focusedand value-ledmessaging.
- Support executive thought-leadership and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Utilise AI and digital tools to enhance content creation and productivity.

About You

You are a proactive and highly organised marketing skilled withstrong communicationskills and a passion for digital engagement.

You'llbring:

- Excellent copywriting,editingand storytelling skills.
- Experience managing social media channels and creating engagingconten.t
- Strong understanding of audience engagement and content strategy.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Experience using analytics and insights to improve performance.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Canva and other content creation tools.
- Problem-solvingand criticalthinkingisadvantageous.
