Our 12-month Registered Nurse Graduate Program is offered on a permanent basis (64 hours per fortnight), commencing 15 February 2027, providing a seamless transition into a Registered Nurse position on completion.
At Mater, you will be supported every step of the way by experienced senior clinicians, educators and professional development teams dedicated to helping you grow your skills and confidence in practice.
We are looking for passionate and motivated nursing graduates who are eager to learn, build confidence and make a difference in patient care.

To be eligible, you will have completed a Bachelor of Nursing within the past 12 months and have less than six months (or 900 hours) of post-graduate experience as a Registered Nurse.
