The Role

You will manage a portfolio of clients and play a key role in delivering high-quality taxation compliance and business advisory services. This position offers robust client interaction, technical depth, and the opportunity to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Managing and growing a client portfolio
- Providing taxation compliance and advisory services
- Reviewing tax returns and financial statements




- Preparing returns and financials for companies, trusts, individuals and SMSFs
- Preparing BAS and IAS
- Advising on business structures, superannuation and strategic tax matters
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff
- Maintaining strong, professional client relationships

About You

- Australian degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- CPA or CA qualified (or near completion)
- Minimum 5 years experience in public practice
- Strong knowledge of the Australian tax system and statutory obligations
- Experience with Xero, BGL360 and the ATO Tax Agent Portal
- Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills
- Client-focused, proactive and commercially minded
