Down Syndrome Victoria leads Daily Positive Café, a social enterprise in Parkville, Melbourne, launching inside the Royal Children's Hospital precinct. The Café Manager will shape operations, culture and guest experiences from the ground up.

You will recruit and develop a diverse team, manage rosters and budgets, and partner with hospital staff to deliver high-quality food and beverages while delivering meaningful social outcomes.
