In the position of Head Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical leader for Supply Technology. Your role will involve defining engineering standards and ensuring high-quality, secure, and sustainable practices throughout the division.

What you’ll do
- Establish and maintain engineering standards to ensure quality and security across projects.
- Provide guidance and oversight to engineering teams, influencing technical decisions and outcomes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
Skills & tools
- Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
