We're looking for an Inventory Supervisor who wants more than just another warehouse role. This is an opportunity to play a key part in shaping a high-performing operation and leading a team through positive change.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide frontline leadership across inventory operations while supporting the wider warehouse team. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, driving operational efficiencies and creating an environment where safety, collaboration and accountability are simply how business is done.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll spend as much time supporting your team on the warehouse floor as you will improving processes and performance. The role includes leadership of warehouse staff, inventory management, inbound operations, safety, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team
- Driving inventory accuracy and stock integrity
- Overseeing inbound receiving, put-away and inventory movements
- Coordinating cycle counts, stocktakes and discrepancy investigations




- Maintaining accurate warehouse management system (WMS) data
- Championing workplace safety and compliance
- Supporting operational planning, reporting and workflow optimisation
- Identifying and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity
- Working collaboratively across the business to ensure outstanding customer outcomes

About You | We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous leadership experience within a warehouse, wholesale, retail or eCommerce environment
- Understands inventory management and warehouse systems
- Leads by example and enjoys developing people
- Is organised, proactive and solutions focused
- Thrives in a fast-paced workplace with changing priorities
- Has a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Holds a Forklift Licence (or is willing to obtain one)
- Most importantly, you'll be someone who embraces change and sees opportunities where others see obstacles.
