Support participants with mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals.
Develop person-centred therapy plans aligned with participant goals and outcomes.
Deliver services across community, home, clinic and telehealth settings.
Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams.
Manage a varied caseload across paediatric, adolescent and adult participants.
Participate in clinical supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development.
