About the Role

Return to Perform Physiotherapy is looking for a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our team on a casual/contractor basis, conducting pre-employment medical assessments.

The best part? You choose your own hours. Whether you want a few hours a week alongside another job, or you're after something more consistent, this role is built around your availability — not the other way around.

Our pre-employment health screening programs use role-specific medical and functional assessments to help employers make informed hiring decisions and reduce workplace injury risk.

What the role involves:

- In-clinic physical functional testing for job-specific roles
- Hearing tests
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Spirometry testing
- Vision testing
- General health checks (blood pressure, BMI)
- Fitness testing

About you:

- Registered Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (AHPRA registered)
- Strong communication skills and professional manner
