Physiotherapy & Performance Institute (PPI) is a growing musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy practice based in Orange, NSW, with an expanding presence in Bathurst.

Our clinic focuses on evidence-based assessment and rehabilitation, combining hands-on treatment with progressive exercise therapy, objective strength testing and performance-based rehabilitation. We work with everyone from active adolescents and weekend warriors through to elite athletes, post-operative patients and workplace injuries.

We pride ourselves on taking the time to assess properly, measure objectively and deliver rehabilitation that is practical, individualised and designed to achieve long-term outcomes.

As the practice continues to grow, we’re looking for a physiotherapist who enjoys learning, values high-quality patient care and wants to help build something exciting.

Role Description

This is a flexible opportunity that can initially commence on a part-time basis, with genuine scope to build into a larger role as your caseload develops.

You’ll manage a wide-ranging musculoskeletal caseload including:

- Sports injuries
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Tendon and joint conditions
- Workplace injuries
- Strength and return-to-sport rehabilitation

There will also be opportunities to become involved with:
- Local sporting clubs and sports coverage
- Return-to-sport testing




- Force plate and objective strength assessment
- Education and community presentations
- Development of your own clinical interests

You’ll work within a supportive environment where clinical reasoning, continual learning and evidence-based practice are genuinely valued.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds current AHPRA registration (or is eligible)
- Enjoys musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients
- Is motivated to continue developing clinically
- Works well independently while also enjoying collaboration

Experience in private practice or sports physiotherapy is desirable, although we’re equally interested in clinicians with the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
