About You:

We're seeking a physiotherapist with a minimum 2+ years of private practice experience. You'll be a great fit if you:

The Role Involves: Position: We are open to either a part-time employee (minimum 20 hours) with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the role grows, or a contractor arrangement.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of private musculoskeletal clients.




- Manage Work Cover/CTP and all other insurance-based caseloads.
- Build relationships with GPs and referral partners to support caseload development.
- Develop a personalised caseload to suit your special interests.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
- In-services for peers.
- Contribute to the clinic's success, reputation for professionalism, and excellence in care.
- Collaborate with another physiotherapist for mentoring and professional development.
- Respect peers and contribute to our healthy team environment.

Remuneration: For employee position (Base Wage + Performance Incentive + SGC):

- Base Hourly Rate (Based on qualifications and experience): $45.00 – $65.00 per hour
- Base Annual Wage (calculated for full time employee): $88,920 – $130,169

Note1: Superannuation:



11.5% SGC paid in addition to the above hourly rate (12% from July). Note2: Performance Incentive (for full-time employees only): 10% of the employee's own monthly invoices raised, exceeding an agreed threshold (Approx. threshold: $ 14,000/month).

For contractor

50% of the employee's own raised invoices, excluding any invoices subsequently reversed, refunded, or unpaid.

Skills & Requirements:

- Current AHPRA registration.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Full Australian work rights.
- Minimum 2 years of MSK physiotherapy experience.
