We are offering an opportunity to shape your ideal role. Our senior team provide extensive structured teaching, mentoring and collaborative clinical support to our team of 10 physiotherapists to help you grow with confidence both personally and professionally.

We value experience in musculoskeletal and private practice physiotherapy and are particularly interested in clinicians looking to explore Hypermobility and Dysautonomia presentations. We have a balanced team and welcome curious, motivated practitioners at all stages of their careers. Current graduate physiotherapists are encouraged to apply if they believe they would be an excellent fit for our team, caseload and learning environment.

We are not a high-throughput clinic. We believe complex clients deserve time — and clinicians deserve space to think.

The Clinic

We have a 20-year reputation for providing premium musculoskeletal physiotherapy to the Northcote area. We have developed additional interests in hypermobility, clinical Pilates, paediatrics and pelvic health. Our clients are loyal, predominantly private and genuinely a pleasure to treat.



Hypermobility and Dysautonomia are frequently under-diagnosed and under-served, yet clients are highly engaged and appreciative when provided with skilled, respectful care. Working in this area offers the opportunity to create meaningful, long-term change. Extensive structured teaching and supervision make this work manageable and deeply rewarding.

You:

- Have excellent manual therapy, exercise prescription and clinical reasoning skills or the desire to develop these skills with support
- Provide neuro-affirming and gender-affirming care as standard
- May have an interest in one of our clinic's niche areas, experience is advantageous, but not essential
