The role: We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with administrative/client services experience to join our team as the Client Services Co-ordinator. ? Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided.
Your responsibilities include: All functions of the client experience at Pepper Kids
Handling any client concerns & complaints
Daily email management, opening, forwarding, actioning, and filing as required
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Managing bookings and cancellations
Document management
Managing client and staff queries and concerns in collaboration with the Clinic Manager
Data input and maintenance for our practice management software
Other ad hoc tasks as required The hours: ⏳Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm ?Short-day Fridays (either finish at lunch or start at lunch) About us: Pepper Kids Therapy is an allied health practice that provides a holistic approach to client care through speech pathology, occupational therapy, and psychology.

you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate the following: Great attention to details
