Carers and Disability Link (CADL) is seeking a Plan Manager to join our dedicated and supportive team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with NDIS participants, providers and colleagues to deliver personalised, consistent and professional Plan Management services that help participants make the most of their NDIS plans.

Location: Woodside, Nuriootpa, Clare or Kadina

Roster: Nine-day fortnight

We're looking for someone with:

- Strong administration and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented team environment

Previous experience in NDIS Plan Management is highly regarded but not essential.
