THE PROSPECT

Dan's Building Solutions is a trusted commercial cleaning, maintenance, and property services company operating across Victoria and Western Australia. We work with some of Australia's most respected organisations — including Defence Housing Australia, BCS Strata, Juniper, Ray White, and Verse Property Group.

We are growing in Melbourne and looking for one exceptional person to represent us on the ground — someone who builds genuine relationships, opens doors, and grows a client base that keeps paying.

RELATIONSHIP-BASED SALES ROLE

Warm leads are delivered through our established Google presence. This is not a hard cold-calling role, but it does require consistent relationship-based outreach, referrals, LinkedIn activity, and professional follow-up. Your job is to attend site visits, build genuine relationships with strata managers, property managers, and facility managers, and convert enquiries into long-term contracts. The stronger your own network and initiative, the more you earn.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a natural relationship builder. People trust you quickly. You listen well, ask good questions, and know how to have a conversation that leads somewhere. You are also self-driven, organised, and comfortable reporting progress after every site visit.

Industry experience is preferred, not essential.



What matters most is your ability to walk into a room, build genuine rapport, and make people want to do business with you. If you have a background in strata management, property management, facilities management, or the commercial cleaning industry — even better. But we will back the right person regardless of background.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Attend warm site visits with strata managers, property managers, and facility managers across Melbourne
- Walk properties, identify service needs, and represent Dan's Building Solutions professionally
- Build long-term relationships that grow into recurring contracts
- Identify upsell and new business opportunities across our full service range
- Send structured visit debriefs to the Director after every site visit
- Supplement Google-generated leads with your own network, referrals, LinkedIn activity, and professional follow-up

WHAT YOU EARN

OTE $70,000 – $80,000 per year based on realistic contract conversion. Strong performers earn $80,000+.

Earn uncapped commission on every contract you convert — with ongoing commission for the life of the contract on business you generate yourself. A base retainer is available for the right candidate.

Full earning structure and any additional arrangements are discussed directly with shortlisted candidates.
