Coventry Group is seeking an experienced IT Project & Change Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology projects and establish a best-practice project and change management framework across our Australian and New Zealand operations.

Working closely with the CIO, this newly created role will play a key part in driving business transformation through Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and emerging technologies including Microsoft Copilot AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and implement project and change management frameworks, governance, tools, and templates.
- Lead the delivery of IT projects across multiple business divisions and legal entities.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into successful project outcomes.
- Develop and execute change management plans, including communications, training, and adoption activities.
- Drive the successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled technologies.
- Provide project reporting and governance updates to senior stakeholders and the CIO.

You are a highly organised project and change professional who enjoys building capability and driving outcomes.

You will bring:





- Proven experience delivering IT projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience implementing project and change management methodologies and governance.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar).
- Change Management certification (Prosci/ADKAR) highly regarded.
