We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a busy drive-thru restaurant in Roxburgh Park. This is a full-time, permanent chance to lead a great team, build a positive culture, and develop your leadership career with the support and training to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and motivate your team through every shift
- Coach and develop team members
- Deliver great customer experiences
- Manage stock, inventory, labour and rosters
- Build a positive and engaged team culture
- Maintain food safety, workplace safety and operational standards

About You





- Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or a customer-focused environment
- Positive, hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for developing people and building great teams
- Drive-thru experience is highly regarded but not essential
