St Lawrence of Brindisi Catholic Primary School is one of Melbourne's newest Catholic primary schools, located in Victoria's fastest-growing and most dynamic urban growth corridor, just 40 minutes from Melbourne CBD. We are seeking applications from enthusiastic, innovative teachers. These are fixed-term teaching positions for Semester Two, 2026, with the possibility of becoming ongoing positions in 2027. The salary for this position is $79,589 - $118,063, based on experience in accordance with the Teacher scale of the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA).

We are looking for classroom teachers who can develop nurturing relationships with children and professional relationships with colleagues and parents. They must be open to professional growth and learning and have the capacity to provide targeted, explicit learning opportunities for children.These teachers will be supported by highly experienced, skilled Learning Community Leaders.



These positions will commence as soon as possible.

Australian or New Zealand and/or graduate teachers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Selection Criteria

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- a Bachelor of Education or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- a commitment to Catholic education.
- an ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- an ability to create an engaging, educational, and challenging learning environment that caters for the needs of all students.
- a capacity to implement a differentiated curriculum and use modern technology to support student learning
- a willingness to work collaboratively and an eagerness to learn.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
