We're looking for someone who wants to build a career in one of Australia's most specialised construction trades. Slab Jack Industries installs polyurethane concrete lifting, ground stabilisation and resistance push pier systems on projects across the country. One day you might be lifting a residential driveway, the next stabilising a warehouse floor or working a major commercial job - no two weeks look the same.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Operating polyurethane injection equipment to lift and re-level concrete slabs, warehouse floors, driveways and footings
- Installing resistance push pier systems to stabilise and underpin structures affected by foundation movement
- Assessing settlement, subsidence and void issues in office and selecting the appropriate repair method
- Running jobs independently once trained, with support from an experienced operations team




- Recording injection points, material usage, pier installation details and before/after levels accurately
- Troubleshooting, maintaining and carrying out routine servicing of your vehicle and specialist equipment to keep jobs running efficiently
- Representing Slab Jack Industries professionally on-site and communicating confidently with clients

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Trade or hands-on construction/civil background — concreting, piling, earthworks, drilling, geotechnical, plumbing or similar all translate well
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems on‑site
- Current driver's licence — no other tickets required (HR licence is a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
- Physically fit — outdoor, on-your-feet work, sometimes underslab
- Happy to travel — this is a Victoria-based role with projects across Australia as required
- No prior experience in concrete lifting or push piers needed — we’ll train you properly
