We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and physically strong Factory Hand with a valid Forklift License to join our team at our Glendenning facility. This is a casual/part-time opportunity. As a Factory Hand, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring that our production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work alongside our experienced team to maintain the high standards of quality that our clients expect, whilst contributing to the continued success of our business. This is a hands‑on position requiring a mix of forklift operation and general heavy physical manual handling factory work.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and moving stock or materials.

Operating basic machinery and equipment under supervision, following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Assist with general factory duties, including assembly, packing, and sorting.

Maintaining a clean, organized and hazard‑free work environment, while adhering strictly to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) protocols.

Supporting the wider team with general factory duties as required.

Performing other general factory duties as required.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar factory, warehouse, manufacturing or assembly role is an advantage.





A current and valid Forklift License (LF) is mandatory.

Ability to follow instructions carefully and pay attention to detail to ensure product quality.

Strong physical capability to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting/handling moderate to heavy weights.

Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.

Good health and safety awareness, including a commitment to following all workplace protocols.

Strong work ethic and a positive "can-do" attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

Reliable transport to ensure punctual attendance.
