About the role

- Lead the onsite aftercare team and manage the day-to-day running of the service department

- Handle customer phone calls and emails, diagnosing issues and coordinating resolutions for owners across Australia

- Schedule and oversee service and repair work, ensuring quality and turnaround customers can rely on

- Work alongside our Customer Concierge, who supports the wider customer experience — you'll have real backup, not just a phone queue

- Liaise with manufacturing and suppliers on warranty, parts and repairs

- Build an aftercare operation that turns owners into lifelong Kokoda advocates

About you

- A career caravan specialist — you have genuine hands‑on knowledge of caravan building and repairs

- Proficient and professional on phone and email; you can explain technical issues in plain language





- Experience leading or coordinating a small team, or ready to step up into leadership

- Organised and process-driven — you can run a service department, not just work in one

- Above all: you genuinely want to help customers, wherever in Australia they are
