Relationship Manager - Truck and Bus Finance

Company: Is a Truck and Bus OEM owned finance company, set up to provide finance and leasing to their end user customers (Owner operator, through to corporate fleet).

This brand is a very well known and top truck / transport brand in the Australian and global markets.

Prospect:Will be the sole finance sales person, looking after NSW and certain VIC dealership sales volumes. You will be focused on maximising finance and fleet leasing sales penetration on their regional sales.

Role:Has two key responsibilities. Firstly it will be establishing and maximising finance and leasing sales penetration for Trucks and Busses being sold through their NSW and some VIC dealerships. Secondly you will be helping to develop key fleet relationships.

The role reports to the National Sales Manager for the Financial services business and will manage stakeholder relationships with the dealership sales staff.





The role will be the "go-to" referral point for finance and fleet leasing leads from the dealerships in NSW and certain VIC dealers.

As part of a captive finance company, your focus will to be proactively engaging with the dealerships' sales staff and sales pipeline, to ensure that suitable limits are in place for each customer.

As the sole Finance representative in your region, you will be articulating strong commercial credit applications to ensure that you are working on deals that can be suitably approved and funded.

Requirements:We will be seeking people who can show:

- Prior sales experience in Commercial equipment finance, Asset finance or Fleet leasing
- Understanding of Finance and Leasing products, and how to justify a credit application
- Motivated originator, to build OEM's market presence
