Experienced Landscape Supervisor / Leading Hand

Salary: $88,000 per year + Super

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on landscape qualified to join our team in a leadership role. This isn't an entry-level position—we're looking for someone who genuinely knows landscaping and can confidently run jobs on site with minimal direction.

You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving efficiently, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and ensuring clients have a great experience from start to finish.

You’ll need to be confident with:

- Reading sites and setting out accurate levels.
- Planning each day's work and staying a few steps ahead.
- Organising materials, deliveries and ensuring everything needed is on site when required.
- Knowing what machinery and equipment each job needs and making sure it's available.
- Leading by example and being willing to work alongside the team.
- Keeping worksites clean, safe and well organised.
- Problem-solving and making practical decisions on site.




- Communicating professionally with clients and keeping them informed throughout the project.
- Producing quality work with attention to detail.

The right person will be:

- Highly experienced in residential landscaping.
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
- Friendly, approachable and someone clients enjoy having around.
- Calm under pressure and able to think ahead.
- A natural leader who takes pride in their work and the work of the team.
- Honest, dependable and committed to doing things properly.
