With continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, we are seeking two Project Officers to join our passionate and dynamic team to deliver our $130m social housing pipeline.
These positions are being offered as a max term contract with an expected completion date of September 2028. Flexible location options are available, with roles based from either our Seymour or Shepparton office.
About the role
Beyond Housing is currently recruiting two Project Officers to plan, coordinate, and monitor construction projects from design to handover, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards, whilst mitigating risks.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be an integral member of the housing development team, responsible for managing a variety of projects concurrently, including the planning and programming of works.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor construction projects from design through to handover.
- Track project progress, timelines, budgets and key milestones.
- Identify, assess and report project risks and emerging issues.
- Support procurement activities, tender processes and contract administration.
- Maintain project documentation, records and project databases.
- Prepare monthly project reports and end-of-project reviews.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, councils and community stakeholders.
- Support the Construction Manager with project delivery and contractual matters.
About you
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Officer who has the following:
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in project management or building and construction.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring project budgets.
- The capacity to assess and report on risks and emerging issues.

Pay & Conditions
In return for your dedication, experience and professionalism,Beyond Housing offer:
Attractive base salary of $105,577 -$110,359 (based on Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 5)
Additional:
- 12% Superannuation
- 17.5% Annual Leave loading
- With the ability to maximise your take home pay with Salary Packaging - up to $15,900 for living expenses and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses each year tax free
The successful candidate must participate in a National Police Check and Working with Children Check as this role operates within a Child Safe organisation.
