Rosemount Recruitment is partnering with a boutique firm in Maroochydore looking to bring on an experienced Senior Accountant to join their Business Services and Tax team.

This is a step up role for someone with a few years under their belt in public practice who wants more autonomy, direct client relationships, and a clear runway to Manager.

The role

- You’ll manage a portfolio of clients across SMEs, family businesses, and high net worth individuals, with responsibility for:
- Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns from planning through to completion
- Direct client contact and advisory conversations
- Managing engagements end to end
- Reviewing and mentoring the work of junior staff
- Identifying planning opportunities and providing recommendations
- Supporting partners on more complex client matters





What you'll bring

- CA or CPA qualified, or close to completion
- 3+ years in public practice, ideally with exposure across both Business Services and Tax
- Confidence dealing with clients directly
- Strong technical foundation across financial statements and tax compliance
- Interest in stepping up into a leadership track
