SPS Property Services is one of the fastest-growing home maintenance businesses in Sydney, specialising in plumbing and roofing. We’re a one-stop shop for all trades under one roof and have been operating for over 15 years.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, working closely with our scheduling manager and wider office team to make sure every caller has a great experience.

What you’ll be doing

This role is perfect for someone who loves being on the phone and keeping busy in a fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day will include:

- Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers




- Taking bookings and helping schedule jobs
- Following up on jobs and quotes over the phone
- Supporting our dispatcher with scheduling and customer updates
- Making follow-up calls after job completion to check customers are happy
- Doing simple job completion checks and admin tasks
- Working towards clear weekly goals and KPIs
- Taking initiative and owning your day – you’ll have full autonomy to make the role your own

About you

You don't need to be a seasoned salesperson – we’re looking for someone who:

- Loves talking to people and building rapport quickly
- Has a warm, clear phone manner and great communication skills
- Is naturally empathetic and enjoys helping customers
- Can multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Is happy to learn, take feedback on board and grow with the role
- Can think for themselves and take initiative day-to-day

Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or call centres is a bonus, but not essential if you’ve got the right attitude and personality.

Training & Support

You’ll receive extensive on-the-job training, plus clear manuals and processes to help you learn how our company works. We’ll support you so you can hit the ground running and feel confident in the role.
