What You’ll Do

Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable holiday experiences and thriving in a vibrant, guest-focused environment? Look no further! Park Lane Holiday Parks is searching for a energetic and enthusiastic Guest Experience Officer to help create magical getaways for our guests. You will be a key player in ensuring every guest's stay is seamless and memorable.

You will help make every guest stay smooth, welcoming and memorable.

- Welcome guests and provide front desk support
- Manage bookings, payments and guest enquiries
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly




- Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism
- Promote park activities and accommodation options

A current Working with Children Check is required before starting.
